Q. How can I get diapers?
A. All of our diapers are distributed by our partner agencies. We suggest looking over our list and contacting the one closest to you to find out what days they distribute and what you need to bring with you on distribution days.
Q. I have more than one child in need of diapers. Can I get more than one size?
A. Yes, you may get diapers for each child who is in need of them. Always call the partner agency you are picking up diapers from first to ask any questions you have and find out what they need you to bring before going on distribution days.
Q. What do I need to bring to get diapers?
A. Each agency requires something different. We suggest looking over our list and contacting the one closest to you to find out what days they distribute and what you need to bring with you on diaper distribution days.
Q. I'm only (so many months) pregnant. Can I get diapers now to prepare?
A. At this time, we are not able to provide diapers to expectant parents. Once you have your baby, please check out our list of partner agencies and contact the one nearest to you to get more information about their distribution days and to find out what you may need to bring with you to receive diapers.

Q. How often can I get diapers?
A. In most cases, you may get diapers once a month but each partner agency may be a little different. We suggest looking over our partner agency list and contacting the one closest to you to find out what days they distribute and what you need to bring with you on diaper distribution days.
Q. Do you have baby formula?
A. Yes, we have baby formula. If your regular partner agency doesn't have any, then contact us directly so we can make sure that you are able to get some.
Q. What are the standard quantities of each product?
A. Partner agencies give 25 diapers, 15 pull-ups, 15 adult diapers. Period products vary based on partner agency.
Q. What period products can I get?
A. Tampons, Liners, and pads. Sometimes we have other products like cups, period underwear, and discs.
Q. How do I qualify to receive products?
A. Each partner agency has its own requirements for qualification. It is best to check with them.
Q. How do I sign up to volunteer?
A. You can visit our volunteer page to sign up.
Q. How long are volunteer opportunities and what will I be doing?
A. Most volunteer opportunities are about two hours. If you have a special time frame in mind, you may contact our volunteer coordinator at mbergman@wpadiaperbank.org.
Q. Is this a religious organization?
A. No, we are not a religious organization.
Q. Do you mail/ship diapers?
A. No, we do not.
