WPDB Supports National Legislation to Ease Diaper Crisis

US House Bill 4055: Hygiene Assistance for Families of Infants and Toddlers Act of 2015 directs the Department of Health and Human Services to make grants to states to conduct demonstration projects to implement and evaluate strategies to help families address the diapering supply needs of eligible children.
